Each tour is either 1 or 2 hours long.
U.S Coast Guard rules limit each tour to a maximum of 6 passengers.
Due to the limited number of passengers per trip, it’s strongly recommended that tickets be bought in advance. However, you can purchase tickets at the dock.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in.
NYCbySEA has two locations:
New York City – Pier 25, 225 West St, New York, NY 10013
New Jersey – Liberty Landing Marina, 80 Audrey Zapp Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07305
NYCbySEA will do its best to ensure you still enjoy a great Manhattan boating experience. Rescheduling will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of scheduled departure.
NYCbySEA will allow passengers to reschedule any booked excursion to a future regularly scheduled tour, subject to availability.
The boat provides enough cover for passengers in the event of rain. However, NYCbySEA places the utmost importance on the safety of its passengers and reserves the right to delay or postpone any excursion due to severe weather. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled tour that isn’t rescheduled.
The head is available for passengers, however, NYCbySEA strongly urges passengers to use one of the restrooms at the marina prior to boarding.
Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard NYCbySEA
Yes, light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails are allowed aboard.

Absolutely! We encourage you to take all the pictures you’d like! NYCbySEA will also videotape the trip on a GoPro HD camera and offer the video as a souvenir.
Tours are in English.
Gratuity for the Captain is not included, but remains solely at your discretion.
Life jackets will be provided for every passenger, however, only children 12 and under need to wear life jackets while onboard.
